Radmin 3 Help Desk license is for companies that provide remote support and help desk services to their clients. Since it's rather difficult to make several hundred clients purchase a Radmin 3 Standard license, the solution in this case is the Help Desk license. This licensing option covers a large number of client computers that don't belong to the helpdesk provider. One Radmin 3 Help Desk license permits the use of Radmin Server 3 on one client computer. Radmin Viewer 3 is free of charge and can be used on any number of help desk provider's computers. The pricing starts from $33 USD for each Help Desk license.
